E & M is a family owned and run business since 1976. A family business that has now passed to the next generation – with ambitious growth plans for the future. E&M is one of Lincolnshire’s largest carpet and furniture retailers and has built an excellent reputation for its quality and customer service since being founded in 1976 by brothers Eddie and Mike Ramm. Mike left the business some years ago and now Eddie has handed over the reins to his sons Paul and Mark. Paul joined the business in 1998 and Mark came on board three years later.
